Permission is granted to temporarily use Medica for personal, non-commercial medical practice management purposes only.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You must maintain the security of your account credentials
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Only licensed medical professionals may register as doctors

4. Medical Data and Privacy

Medica is committed to protecting medical data in accordance with HIPAA and Mexican regulations (NOM-024-SSA3-2012).

  • All medical data is encrypted and stored in Querétaro, Mexico
  • You retain ownership of all patient data you enter
  • We implement industry-standard security measures
  • Comprehensive audit logs track all data access

5. Subscription and Payment

Medica operates on a subscription-based model:

  • 30-day free trial available for new users
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Prices are in Mexican Pesos (MXN)
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • No refunds for partial months

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the service for unauthorized medical purposes
  • Attempt to breach security or access unauthorized data
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Medica is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in Mexican courts.
